chicken lettuce wraps

what you need:
  • 3 pieces of grilled chicken
  • 1 or 2 lettuce leaves
  • hidden valley spicy ranch
  • newman's own low fat sesame ginger sauce
  • sliced carrots
put chicken in the microwave mixed in with the spicy ranch until chicken is properly cooked.then put the chicken on the lettuce leaf and drizzle some sesame sauce over the top.lastly sprinkle some sliced carrots over the lettuce wrap.

chocolate peanut butter smoothies

what you need:
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 2 table spoons of peanut butter
  • a half a scoop of whey chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of milk
Mix ingredients until all ice is broken up.


if you want to make it a chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie add the same ingredients just with bananas.
